Sharon Yvonne Stone born 10th March 1958, to Dorothy Lawson, a accountant as well as Joseph William Stone 2nd, who was a former tool and die maker as well as a factory worker. Michael, Kelly, Patrick and Dorothy Lawson are her 3 siblings. Stone was considered academically gifted in her early years and entered second grade at five. She earned a high school diploma from Saegertown in Saegertown situated in Pennsylvania in the year 1975. In 1975, the Miss Pennsylvania beauty competition saw Stone take home Miss Crawford County. Stone was moved into New Jersey in 1977 with her aunt, to pursue a career as a model. In just a few months, she was signed with Ford Modeling Agency. The next step was Europe where she spent one year residing in Milan, Paris and other cities. Stone was disillusioned by the model market in Europe she decided to pursue acting instead. At 20, she appeared in Woody Allen's film "Stardust Memories," which received mixed reviews.
