Aura Sanchez Garrido works as an actress for Spanish TV and films. Her roles included films such as Stockholm and the television show El Ministerio Del Tiempo. Garrido was born in Madrid in 1989. Tomas Garrido, her father, is an orchestra conductor and composer. Her mother, Pilar Sanchez paints. Her first piano lesson was when she was four. The ballet began shortly after. When she was a kid, her English was heavily influenced by a close friend in English. Following the completion of her studies in high school She enrolled in the Real Escuela Superior DE Arte Dramatico, situated in Madrid and studied interpretation up to her third year, specializing in interpretation of text, however she dropped out in 2010 because she was selected for the role in Planes para manana. In 2010 she was a part in Planes Para Manana that earned her a Silver Biznaga as best supporting actor.
